Exchanges
We are extremely proud of our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation is well-known. Should you for any reason not be satisfied with any item/s you have purchased, return the item/s in new condition with price tag attached. We will happily exchange the one of your choice.
No customized items will be exchanged. Returned items that have been worn will not be exchanged and will be returned to customer!
Exchanges must reach us within 14 days from dispatch date(Netherlands customers) and within 30 days for international customers. Before shipping your exchange, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number via email. Without an RA number we will not acknowledge your return. Within the Netherlands exchanged items will be sent by registered post or by airmail to International destinations. Please allow for 14 days for receipt and processing of returned items within the Netherlands and 30 days for International customers.
Outward shipping will not be charged for on your first exchange, providing the goods are returned to us. Courier requested Exchanges incur an extra charge of € EUR 11.73 which is the difference between airmail and courier charges to your destination. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Please include a copy of the original invoice or provide the original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a note of the exchanges or refunds you require. We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.
